At Lace & Love by Shany Sasson, every gown is handmade to order in our studio. Shany personally guides each bride through sizing, measurements, fit, and timeline by email or WhatsApp, so you can feel confident every step of the way.
With hundreds of happy brides around the world and hundreds of glowing reviews, our process is designed to feel clear, supportive, and stress-free.
How our process works
1. Choose your gown
Select the dress you love and choose your preferred size or custom option.
2. Share your fit details
Send us your measurements, wedding date, and gown details through our Fit Help page, and Shany will personally guide you if you need help.
3. We review and confirm
We carefully review your fit details, answer your questions, and confirm your timeline before production moves forward.
4. Handmade in our studio and shipped to you
Your gown is handmade to order in our studio and shipped with DHL Express to your door.
Measurements
Our gowns are available in standard women’s US sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, as well as custom made options.
If you’re not sure which size is right for you, Shany can personally guide you based on your measurements, wedding date, and gown style.

How to take your own measurements in a few simple steps
Take a flexible tape measure, sheet and pen.
Stay with your bra and underwear and stand in front of the mirror.
Follow the instructions in the following image.
What to know before you order
PROCESSING TIME
Each gown is handmade to order in our studio.
Production usually takes 5–7 weeks, depending on the design and current workload.
If you need your dress for a specific wedding date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm your timeline.
CUSTOM CHANGES
Many gowns can be customized, including details such as sleeve length, neckline, lining, or selected design changes.
If you have a specific request, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what is possible for your gown.
SHIPPING
All dresses are shipped with express delivery via DHL Express or UPS, depending on the destination..
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days once your gown is ready.
Please make sure to provide a valid email address and phone number for delivery updates.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
We gladly accept returns and cancellations based on our store policy.
Please review our returns policy before ordering, especially for custom or personalized gowns.
PAYMENT
We accept secure payments via PayPal and credit card.
