The process
In order for us to sew the dress to your exact measurements, please go through the following steps.
First choose the dress you liked, if you found the right size for you - amazing!
If you have decided on a custom order - choose the "custom made" option and send us your exact measurements according to the attached explanation.
After placing your order, please send us an email with the following details:
- Your measurements (according to the attached explanation -
it's always a good idea to attach even if you chose custom made or not)
- Your bra size
- Your height
- Your local phone number (for the delivery company)

Measurements
All wedding dresses come in women's US size XS, S, M, L, XL, and costume made.
If you don't know how to take your measurements please contact me and we will be happy to help you.
If you steel unsure about which size you are, please send us your measurements and we will fit the size for you.

How to take your own measurements in a few simple steps
Take a flexible tape measure, sheet and pen.
Stay with your bra and underwear and stand in front of the mirror.
Follow the instructions in the following image.
General information
PROCESSING TIME
Please note the processing time is at least 5-7 weeks, since the dresses are always sewn personally.
The dresses are sewn from high quality and comfortable materials, so your dress will be comfortable, impressive and unique!
The laces are imported from all over the world, and chosen carefully after long wanderings through many shops in Israel and abroad.
CHANGES
If you have a preference for a certain color, or want to make any change in the type of lace, please don't hesitate to consult with us, and ask anything. we will always answer you in an honest and professional manner, for your benefit and that of the dress.
Your wedding dress will be made according to the measurements you send us, but even so, there might be slight adjustments needed. Should this be the case, please know that the gowns are all sewn in a way which makes minor repairs easy.
SHIPPING
As soon as the dress is shipped you will be sent an email with the tracking number.
We send only: Express shipping by DHL, delivery time: 3-5 business days.
Please always provide a local phone number and Email address for delivery.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 days of purchase

Due to the long and in-depth process of making the dress specifically to your measurements, there are no returns on Custom or personalized orders
We will go through the process of fitting and choosing materials with you, so that at the end you will have your dream wedding dress, specially custom made for you.

Is my wedding dress will be custom made?
Your wedding dress will be sewn specially, according to your order.
If you will choose the custom made option, you will receive a message from us, with a simple explanation of how to take your measurements.
When you take the measurements please wear your wedding shoes or shoes in the same height.
Please send us your measurements back after 2-3 days.
This is the approximate time we will start working on your dress.

Is it possible to make changes to the dress?
Thanks to the fact that each dress is specially, it is possible to make changes to the dress, in the custom made option.
We can make changes like sleeve length, front and back neckline height, color change of the lining and any change that will be good for you and your dress.
Please write us the changes you would like to make in a private message and we will let you know if the changes are possible.

Where are the dresses made?
All wedding dresses are made in our intimate studio, from an excellent materials and optimal working conditions.
From the moment you purchase your dress, we will go over your measurements and the special requests if there are any, and we will start a magical and special process of cutting the dress and sewing it precisely according to your size.

When the dress will be sent to me?
As soon as your dress is ready, you will receive a message from us informing you that the dress is ready for shipping.
All dresses are shipped by express shipping by DHL, with tracking number.
You will receive the tracking number from us.
To the shipping details we add your local phone number and email.
We will track your shipment together until you receive the dress.
